Taizhou Tongda Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in February 1991 in Yuhuan-a major production hub for automotive and motorcycle components in China.
In January 2020, the company's Military Products Division was spun off to form Yuhuan Jinbo Machinery Co., Ltd.
