Effective Pressing and Sealing for Components
This gland cap is used for pressing and sealing different components. It can be pressed directly into position. Each product is made of carbon steel.
There are five sizes available. For size 1, the outer diameter is 18 mm, the height is 6 mm, and the thickness is 1 mm. Size 2: outer diameter 23 mm, height 8 mm, thickness 0.8 mm. Size 3: outer diameter 25 mm, height 10 mm, thickness 1.5 mm. Size 4: outer diameter 22 mm, height 10 mm, thickness 1.5 mm. Size 5: outer diameter 39 mm, height 8 mm, thickness 0.8 mm.
All gland caps are produced with consistent dimensions within each batch. We strictly follow your drawings to ensure accuracy, providing a stable and reliable press fit every time.

For repeat orders of this product, we eliminate steps such as redesign, sample production, and trial runs, and proceed directly to mass production.
For commonly ordered items, we prepare materials in advance to reduce lead times. Our operators are already familiar with the process, resulting in faster production and lower defect rates.
Packaging methods and inspection standards are already established, which reduces communication time.
For standard products, delivery time for repeat orders can be up to 30% shorter than for the initial order. With stable repeat orders, we can offer even higher production priority.
