Exact Sizes for a Secure Fit
The large diameter is 21.4 mm, and the small diameter is 14.5 mm. The width is 31 mm, and the height is 37 mm. Length and thickness are not fixed and can be customized according to your requirements.
Thread size is also customizable. The fittings use a screw connection. These barbed elbow fittings are produced in our factory in Yuhuan, China, a major automotive parts production base, allowing us to source raw materials efficiently.
We have 150 workers and 50 quality inspectors and have passed the automotive industry quality management system certification.
Strict Quality Control at Every Step
We use only high-quality steel. Upon arrival, all raw materials are inspected for chemical composition and dimensions. Any unqualified materials are returned immediately.
During production, operators conduct self-inspections, and quality inspectors perform hourly sampling checks. If any issue is detected, production is stopped immediately for correction.
Before packaging, every barbed elbow fitting is fully inspected, including appearance, dimensions, threading, and fit. Only approved products are packed and shipped. We maintain detailed quality records and continuously reduce our defect rate each month.
