Our facility covers an area of 10,000 square meters (workshop space) and employs 150 staff members, 50 of whom are dedicated to technical operations and quality control. In terms of equipment, we utilize high-precision stamping presses and CNC machining centers (including 5 Brother vertical machining centers and 12 domestic CNC lathes), boasting a positioning accuracy of ±0.005mm.
In 2024, our production output reached a value of 61 million RMB. We primarily serve as a Tier 1 supplier for several domestic commercial vehicle manufacturers, while also exporting a portion of our products-specifically flange components and stamped brackets-to Europe. How do we ensure rapid delivery? It is not merely a slogan; it is a reality. We have three stable local suppliers for cold-rolled steel sheets right here in Yuhuan; common grades such as SPCC and Q235B can be delivered to our factory within two days. Furthermore, our outsourced partners for surface treatments (such as galvanizing and phosphating) are located less than 5 kilometers away, allowing for same-day drop-off and pickup. Consequently, for standard parts, a lead time of 7 to 10 days-from order placement to shipment-is the norm.
Regarding Our 12-Month Warranty and After-Sales Support
We offer a 12-month warranty period, commencing from the date you sign for receipt of the goods. Please note: This warranty does not cover issues arising from improper installation or usage beyond specified operating conditions (e.g., using a carbon steel gasket in a corrosive medium for which it is not designed). If a defect is determined to be the result of our manufacturing process-such as dimensional deviations, surface cracks, or failure to meet hardness specifications-we will repair or replace the item free of charge, and we will cover all associated round-trip shipping costs.
For custom-manufactured products, the warranty period may be established separately and explicitly stipulated within the contract.
Our after-sales support team consists of real people-not automated bots. You can reach us via WeChat or email. For every warranty claim or repair request, a dedicated specialist will be assigned to track the case through to its final resolution. Throughout this process-from the moment we receive your feedback until the replacement parts are dispatched-we will proactively provide you with updates, including inspection photos and shipping tracking numbers. We maintain detailed service records for every order, documenting any customer complaints, the resolutions implemented, and whether any issues subsequently recurred.
Additionally, upon shipment, we can provide material certificates (compliant with EN 10204 3.1 standards, including furnace batch analysis) and factory inspection reports (covering dimensions, hardness, and surface roughness). Should you require a third-party inspection report-such as one from SGS-we can assist in submitting samples for testing; however, the associated costs for such services will be charged separately.
