This air disc brake pressure arm is used for force transmission and structural support. It can be pressed directly onto your equipment. Each product is made of carbon steel.
There are four sizes available.
Size 1: outer diameter 62 mm, inner diameter 35 mm, length 81.3 mm, width 88 mm.
Size 2: outer diameter 42 mm, inner diameter 20 mm, length 70.5 mm, width 130 mm.
Size 3: outer diameter 55 mm, inner diameter 17 mm, length 75 mm, width 165 mm.
Size 4: outer diameter 58 mm, inner diameter 32 mm, length 106 mm, width 87 mm.
All products are manufactured with consistent dimensions within each batch. We strictly follow your drawings to ensure accuracy, providing stable and reliable force transmission every time.
In-House R&D and High Production Capacity
Our factory has 20 professional R&D engineers. They are capable of independent design and sample development. If you provide drawings or prototypes, we can manufacture exactly according to them.
We supply many automobile manufacturers in China. In 2015, we received the "Quality Contribution Award" from Great Wall Motors. In 2024, our annual output reached 61 million RMB.
Our factory covers 5,000 square meters, and the workshop area is 10,000 square meters. We are capable of handling both large-volume orders and fast-response customized orders.
Our equipment includes stamping machines, CNC machining centers, CNC manipulators, grinders, and milling machines.

Packaging methods and inspection standards are already established, reducing communication time.
For standard products, delivery time for repeat orders can be up to 30% shorter than for the initial order. With stable repeat orders, we can offer even higher production priority.
