Our carbon steel cone is used for cone seal pipe connections. The connection method is pressing. The material is carbon steel. There is no thread, so we mark it as "/".
We offer eleven sizes.
The first size has a large diameter of 33 mm, a small diameter of 22 mm, and a height of 25.2 mm.
The second size has a large diameter of 37 mm, a small diameter of 25 mm, and a height of 20.5 mm.
The third size has a large diameter of 38 mm, a small diameter of 28.6 mm, and a height of 33 mm.
The fourth size has a large diameter of 38 mm, a small diameter of 32.1 mm, and a height of 25.25 mm.
The fifth size has a large diameter of 39 mm, a small diameter of 22.8 mm, and a height of 19.8 mm.
The sixth size has a large diameter of 40 mm, a small diameter of 26.4 mm, and a height of 26.6 mm.
The seventh size has a large diameter of 41 mm, a small diameter of 24.7 mm, and a height of 24.5 mm.
The eighth size has a large diameter of 41 mm, a small diameter of 28 mm, and a height of 26.5 mm.
The ninth size has a large diameter of 34 mm, a small diameter of 26 mm, and a height of 27.72 mm.
The tenth size has a large diameter of 43 mm, a small diameter of 27.5 mm, and a height of 24 mm.
The eleventh size has a large diameter of 43 mm, a small diameter of 30 mm, and a height of 29 mm.
Length, width, and thickness are not required. You simply press this carbon steel cone onto your pipe. We manufacture every piece according to the drawing, ensuring each cone has a consistent taper.

Third-Party Inspection and Safe Packaging
You may arrange third-party inspection of our goods. We cooperate with SGS, BV, ITS, and TÜV. You are also welcome to visit our factory for on-site inspection.
Before packaging, we can perform a 100% inspection, checking appearance, dimensions, taper accuracy, and fit. Only qualified products are packed.
For export, we use sea freight–standard packaging. The cartons are protected against moisture, impact, and compression. We can also pack and ship according to your requirements.
The standard payment term is 50% deposit in advance and 50% balance before shipment.
