Our carbon steel ferrule, also called a small iron bowl, is used for press-fit pipe connections. The connection method is pressing. It is available in carbon steel or stainless steel.
We offer five different sizes.
The first size has a large diameter of 43 mm, a small diameter of 14 mm, a height of 12.38 mm, and a thickness of 1.5 mm.
The second size has a large diameter of 55 mm, a small diameter of 17 mm, a height of 16.17 mm, and a thickness of 2 mm.
The third size has a large diameter of 55 mm, a small diameter of 21 mm, a height of 14.88 mm, and a thickness of 1.5 mm.
The fourth size has a large diameter of 55 mm, a small diameter of 17 mm, a height of 16.88 mm, and a thickness of 1.5 mm.
The fifth size has a large diameter of 55 mm, a small diameter of 14 mm, a height of 18.38 mm, and a thickness of 1.5 mm.
Length and width are not required. You simply press this product onto your pipe. We manufacture every piece according to the drawing, so each ferrule has consistent dimensions.

We use advanced equipment such as presses, CNC machining centers, grinders, and milling machines. Every product is manufactured with care.
Small Orders and Sample Service Are Welcome
We support small orders, and the minimum order quantity is flexible. If you want to try first, we can assist you.
Before mass production, we can provide samples for your evaluation. The sample will use the same material, size, and appearance as the bulk order. After you approve the sample, we begin full production.
If a new mold is required, a small sample fee will be charged. This fee will be refunded when you place a bulk order later.
Simple samples take 3–7 days. Medium-complexity samples take 10–20 days. Complex samples take 25–35 days.
